Free standard shipping on orders over $50*.

Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $15 for orders under $50. Express shipping is available at checkout for $35.
Orders containing $400 or more in gold, or any order over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
*Any shipping exclusions will be stated in the product description. Large items may have a fixed shipping charge.

Return Policy

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or you received a duplicate item, you may return it within 60 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or a merchandise credit will be applied to your Breakell website account minus shipping and handling.

Exclusions

Personalized or engraved items, special or custom orders, and altered or modified pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Care Instructions

To help preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend storing pieces separately and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Proper storage and gentle routine care can help maintain the finish and appearance of your jewelry over time.

After wearing, gently wipe jewelry with a soft polishing cloth and store pieces in a dry location away from direct sunlight and humidity. Removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping is recommended whenever possible.

Sterling silver jewelry may naturally develop tarnish over time and can be polished gently as needed. Oxidized silver jewelry should be cleaned carefully to help preserve darker intentionally antiqued areas and surface contrast.

Freshwater pearls and many natural gemstones are softer materials that may require additional care. Avoid harsh cleaners, ultrasonic cleaning machines, and abrasive polishing products on delicate stones or pearl surfaces.
