Returns Policy

If, for any reason, a piece does not meet your expectations or you receive a duplicate, simply return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the purchaser in the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit.

Items and packaging must be returned to us in the same pristine condition as it was received. Any missing or damaged packaging will incur a $5.00 reduction in credit. If merchandise is not received back in perfect condition, a credit cannot be guaranteed. For questions please email doris@breakell.com

Shipping is free on orders exceeding $ 50.00

We ship via the USPS. Charges for orders shipped to one address in the US are $8.00. Allow 7 - 10 days for delivery of in stock items. Rush delivery is available for $26.00 per address. Please allow 2 -3 days for delivery of in stock items. Provide an email address with your order if you would like to receive shipping confirmation. Our Customer Service Staff will be happy to assist you with Overnight Delivery Options.
