For 45 years, our craftsman have been creating unique, made in America jewelry and gifts, with our hands and hearts. The ornament is accented with a sparkling Swarovski Crystal Sapphire, a stone that represents this incredible milestone, surrounded by a circle of hearts, signifying the dedication and commitment of our entire team to you, our valued customer. The back features our own special Maker's Mark and our 45th anniversary inscription. Each snowflake ornament comes with a red ribbon for hanging.

My husband Robert C. White gave it to me for Christmas. Then unfortunately, I lost it so ordered another. May want to exchange the 2nd one for something of equal value or more.

Free standard shipping on orders over $50*.

Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $15 for orders under $50. Express shipping is available at checkout for $35.
Orders containing $400 or more in gold, or any order over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
*Any shipping exclusions will be stated in the product description. Large items may have a fixed shipping charge.

In stock items typically ship in 1 to 3 business days. Some items are made to order and may take up to 10 business days. Engraved items are processed Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-767-6411 during business hours to check availability.

Return Policy

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or you received a duplicate item, you may return it within 60 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or a merchandise credit will be applied to your Breakell website account minus shipping and handling.

Exclusions

Personalized or engraved items, special or custom orders, and altered or modified pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
