For 45 years, our craftsman have been creating unique, made in America jewelry and gifts, with our hands and hearts. The ornament is accented with a sparkling Swarovski Crystal Sapphire, a stone that represents this incredible milestone, surrounded by a circle of hearts, signifying the dedication and commitment of our entire team to you, our valued customer. The back features our own special Maker's Mark and our 45th anniversary inscription. Each snowflake ornament comes with red ribbon for hangin. Dimension: 2" diameter, double-sided.

My husband Robert C. White gave it to me for Christmas. Then unfortunately, I lost it so ordered another. May want to exchange the 2nd one for something of equal value or more.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, a piece does not meet your expectations or you receive a duplicate, simply return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the purchaser in the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit.

Items and packaging must be returned to us in the same pristine condition as it was received. Any missing or damaged packaging will incur a $5.00 reduction in credit. If merchandise is not received back in perfect condition, a credit cannot be guaranteed. For questions please email doris@breakell.com

Shipping is free on orders exceeding $ 50.00

We ship via the USPS. Charges for orders shipped to one address in the US are $8.00. Allow 7 - 10 days for delivery of in stock items. Rush delivery is available for $26.00 per address. Please allow 2 -3 days for delivery of in stock items. Provide an email address with your order if you would like to receive shipping confirmation. Our Customer Service Staff will be happy to assist you with Overnight Delivery Options.
