Return & Exchange

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or you received a duplicate item, you may return it within 60 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or a merchandise credit will be applied to your Breakell website account minus shipping and handling.

Exclusions

Personalized or engraved items, special or custom orders, and altered or modified pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

2-Year Limited Warranty on Workmanship

Our JH Breakell & Co. designs are thoughtfully handcrafted to uphold the standards of fine American silversmithing. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. If a concern arises, we will carefully evaluate the item to repair or replace wherever possible.

Warranty Conditions:

Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 2 years of the original purchase date.

Limitations

This assurance applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not extend to lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or the natural patina of sterling silver), fading of metals or gemstones, damage caused by improper care or exposure, accidents, excessive force, or alterations and repairs performed outside of our workshop.

Maintenance:

Our jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, and with proper care, it will provide years of beauty. We strongly recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or using household chemicals, and storing pieces individually to help preserve their finish.

To initiate a claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our team for assistance.
 
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
In some cases a repair or replacement may not be possible and we reserve the right to issue a pro-rated credit.
