If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must be in its original condition, and refund or credit will be subject to merchandise being reviewed by our jewelers. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by any Jeweler other than JH Breakell & Co. cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. All engraved or custom jewelry sales are final. 2-Year Limited Warranty on Workmanship

We proudly offer a 2-year limited warranty on the workmanship of our jewelry. This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal wear and usage, valid from the original purchase date. If a defect arises within this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. In some cases a repair may or replacement may not be possible and we reserve the right to issue a pro-rated credit. * In limited circumstances some designated products are not covered by this warranty and will be disclosed with the product's details.
