If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or you received a duplicate item, you may return it within 60 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or a merchandise credit will be applied to your Breakell website account minus shipping and handling.

2-Year Limited Warranty on Workmanship

We proudly offer a 2-year limited warranty on the workmanship of our jewelry. This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal wear and usage, valid from the original purchase date. If a defect arises within this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. In some cases a repair may or replacement may not be possible and we reserve the right to issue a pro-rated credit. * In limited circumstances some designated products are not covered by this warranty and will be disclosed with the product's details.
