14k gold orders over $400 and all orders over $1000 require a signature.

Due to weight size some of our items are excluded from free shipping.

Express shipping for in-stock merchandise is available for delivery the next regular business day.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

At JH Breakell, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. However, unforeseen events such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages may occur during the shipping process. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our policies, please review the following guidelines related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages:

Liability and Responsibility

JH Breakell shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier.

Our responsibility extends only until orders leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking information is provided, the safe delivery of goods is the shared responsibility of the shipping company and the customer. Replacement order costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses when placing orders.

JH Breakell will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses OR insufficient addresses provided by the customer and does not offer refunds in these cases.

Shipping is free on orders exceeding $50.00

We ship via the USPS. The cost to ship to a single address in the US is $15.00. Allow 7-10 days for delivery of in stock items. Rush delivery is available for $27.00 per address. Please allow 2 -3 days for delivery of in stock items. Please provide an email address with your order so we can send shipping confirmation. Our Customer Service Staff will be happy to assist you with Overnight Delivery Options.
