To ensure the quickest and most efficient processing of your return or exchange, be sure to follow the instructions highlighted below.
Step 1: Call or Email for Return Authorization (RA#)
Return Authorization Numbers are an important part of the return process. This is what ties your order to your return.
Step 2: Return Form
Print and fill out a return form with all necessary information pertaining to your request for return or exchange and include it with your item(s).

Step 3: Shipment of Items
Please send any item(s) to the following address using your preferred shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend choosing a service that includes tracking information.

*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the workshop unless otherwise specified.
*Any items in transit are the sender's responsibility until received by JH Breakell.
If your request is an Exchange or Repair the shipping options to return items to customers are as follows.
- USPS Priority Mail $15 - ( 1-3 days with tracking )
- USPS Ground Advantage $8 - ( 2-5 days with tracking )
- You may also send a prepaid return label with the returned merchandise.
- Exchanges with a difference in value exceeding $50 qualify for free return shipping.
Step 4: Processing
Once received and inspected by our jewelers, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing to be completed.
