It’s important to us that your return is processed according to your instructions, please call our Customer Service Department at tel: 800-767-6411 for a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide your exchange information. This number helps ensure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely and efficient manner.
Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please download and print the Return Form. Click here for: Return Form. Fill out the form and be sure to include the return authorization number that our staff gave you by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 60 days of receipt.

Step #3: Care and Shipping.
We know that return of your package is as important to JH Breakell. as it is to you. Please ensure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL and request a return receipt. This will assure you that your package has been delivered to JH Breakell.
Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it’s signed for by JH Breakell & Co.
Our jewelers must inspect all jewelry and gems before issuing a refund or exchange being processed.
